A Beach Vacation Rental You Can Afford
The best way to get a beach vacation rental that you can afford is to invite family and friends and split the cost. The more people you invite, the cheaper the cost for you. Try to invite people who honestly would like to go on a beach vacation and have the money to pay for the rental. Sometimes friends have good intentions, but they do not have the funds to support their desires. You are looking for family and friends who travel frequently are have the dedication to save for a trip. You should not have to convince anyone to go on a trip. The people who you solicit for the trip should be excited when they hear the details. They should be so thrilled that even if they don’t have the money, these people should have a reliable way (like a second job) to get the money. I had a situation in which a friend of mine invited me and another friend to spend the weekend in a cabin in the mountains.
Select travelers
I have a friend had a huge network of friends to invite for the cabin trip. She put the word out that she was going to take deposits for the weekend getaway. Although people seemed excited to go on the trip only one couple paid the deposit. My male friend and I were the two who paid! The trip was canceled and we were extremely disappointed. Had my female friend selected people who were accustomed to traveling and spending money on trips, the situation may have been avoided. She may have been able to have a getaway in a beach vacation rental that she could afford.
Some people in our group didn’t pay because they did not know each other. It helps to invited people on the trip who know each other. Your group can RSVP using evite or another online so that everyone can see who plans to attend the trip.
Making arrangements
Let your group members know how many people have paid for the beach vacation rental. You can also substitute non-payers with new friends who may be willing to pay. Give yourself enough time before the trip to solicit offers from family and friends who may want to attend. Make sure that the beach vacation rental has a total price that your family and friends can afford. Don’t try to get the most elaborate vacation rental. Get a place that is nice and affordable for the number of people who will actually attend. By splitting up the cost of a vacation rental, you can get a beach vacation rental that you can afford.

This is excellent advice for families like mine who desperately need a vacation, but do not really have the means to take one! I think I’m going to pitch the idea to a couple friends of mine and see where it lands us. I will let you know how well it works for us!
I hope that you end up going on a wonderful vacation with your friends!
